Who is responsible

This website is operated by Klinikk Førde AS (org. no. 934 152 441), Hafstadvegen 39, 6800 Førde, Norway, the company behind Diamond MesoCannula. Klinikk Førde AS is the controller for the processing of personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at hello@diamondmesocannula.com.

When you contact us

If you email us, we process your name, your email address and the content of your message in order to answer your inquiry and follow up on it. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in handling inquiries from partners, clinicians and investors (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). We keep the correspondence for as long as it is needed for that purpose and then delete it, unless we are required to keep it longer.

Analytics — only with your consent

If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand how the website is used: which pages are visited, how visitors find the site, and clicks on email and phone links. Google Analytics uses cookies and pseudonymous identifiers and records information about your device, your browser and your approximate location. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a) and the Norwegian Electronic Communications Act).

We use Google Consent Mode: until you give your consent, analytics stays switched off and no analytics cookies are set. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page. Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months.

Cookies

• cc_cookie — stores your cookie choices. Necessary; 6 months.
• _ga — distinguishes visitors. Analytics, only with consent; 2 years.
• _ga_RQ3DDH9P4M — keeps the session state. Analytics, only with consent; 2 years.

Service providers

These providers process personal data on our behalf:

• Netlify — hosts and delivers the website; processes technical data such as IP addresses.
• Sanity — delivers the site's content and images to your browser, which involves your IP address.
• Google (Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics) — analytics, only if you consent.

Some of these providers are based in the United States. Such transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Your rights
