Diamond MesoCannula originated in everyday clinical work within aesthetic medicine.

Over years of hands-on treatments, a recurring issue became clear: injection precision depended too heavily on individual technique.

Even with experience and training, achieving consistent depth, volume and distribution across larger treatment areas was difficult. Small variations in angle, pressure and movement often led to uneven results, particularly in anatomically sensitive regions.

With no existing solution addressing this limitation, the idea of a mechanically guided system emerged. Diamond MesoCannula was not developed as a technical experiment, but as a direct response to a recurring clinical problem.

The concept was first considered for patent protection in 2019 and has since undergone continuous development and evaluation, grounded in clinical use and practical insight.

Most skin booster and injectable treatments today rely on single-needle techniques, where outcome depends largely on the practitioner’s manual control. Depth, spacing and symmetry are achieved through repetition and experience, without mechanical guidance.

Diamond MesoCannula was developed to address this limitation. By combining multiple needles in a fixed geometric system, the aim is to reduce variability between treatments and between operators.

The goal is not to replace clinical skill, but to support it – by making precision more predictable and repeatable in practice.
